Unlocking Customer Satisfaction of Halal Restaurant in South Korea through Online Review Analysis

The purpose of this study is to examine customer satisfaction halal restaurants that have received certification from the Korea Muslim Federation (KMF). A total 1,544 reviews 11 halal-certified in South were collected Google using SCTM 3.0 (Smart Crawling and Text Mining). UCINET 6.0 used analyze network centrality perform CONCOR analysis. This quantitatively identified relationship among five dimensions: cuisine, Islamic dining, food menu, service value. However, service, value positively impacted satisfaction. indicates Halal label a significant factor dining preferences restaurant customers Korea. results may be useful marketing which not applied for Federation.
